“I couldn't be happier with the help I got from Computech and their tech, Josh. He came and took my computer to their shop and updated it to be compatible with Windows 11. He then brought it back and made sure I knew how to use it. I also wanted the printer, which was wireless, to be hooked directly to the computer. Josh took care of that as well.
The service was wonderful. Josh is knowledgeable, personable and very patient as he made sure I knew how to handle the changes.

“Placed an order with Oura a long time ago. They needed to replace it and accidentally shipped it to Best Buy instead of direct to us. Best Buy did end up receiving the package and we went to try and track it down and Mateo spent 30 minutes checking all over the store and reviewing the security footage. The next day we came back and Andy who knew where it was helped us get it and was super friendly. All in all they went above and beyond to help us and have earned any future business we may have!
