Ed tuned up my laptop and didn’t even charge me, as the issue was an HP software problem that could not be fixed in store, but he gave my a perfect workaround so I can still use my laptop without any issues. Would highly recommend this location if you need a device fixed! Very nice employees too!”
“I couldn't be happier with the help I got from Computech and their tech, Josh. He came and took my computer to their shop and updated it to be compatible with Windows 11. He then brought it back and made sure I knew how to use it. I also wanted the printer, which was wireless, to be hooked directly to the computer. Josh took care of that as well.
The service was wonderful. Josh is knowledgeable, personable and very patient as he made sure I knew how to handle the changes.

“I highly recommend Affordable Laptops LLC. My MacBook Pro 15 inch (mid 2014) had a major power problem. It would not turn on, the charger light would not flash yellow/green no matter how long I charged it, and no type of reset worked. I initially thought it was the charger or outlet, but when purchasing a replacement, it made no difference. I feared a very expensive repair or a complete loss of my data.
The owner was a true professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and showed/explained to me the problem too. His kindness and honesty were refreshing from the start. We also conversed during the process, where I learned he has over a decade of experience in computer repair, and his personal story about how he got into this line of work is truly inspiring.
He gave me a clear explanation of the problem and suggested the best solution: a newer, working laptop. The replacement laptop he provided was one year newer than my old one, and the cost was less than what a new battery and mother board repair would have cost. This shows incredible value and transparency.
Most importantly, he was fast. He transferred all my important data and files without any problems. This was my highest concern but I left with a fully working laptop, charger, and all my information, all for a very fair price.

“Placed an order with Oura a long time ago. They needed to replace it and accidentally shipped it to Best Buy instead of direct to us. Best Buy did end up receiving the package and we went to try and track it down and Mateo spent 30 minutes checking all over the store and reviewing the security footage.
