Customers report a wonderful job with seamless paint blending and vehicles returned clean inside and out. The work comes with a lifetime warranty, adding huge value. Communication is highlighted as a strength, with status updates provided regularly. The service feels personal, like a mom-and-pop shop despite the big name. However, the service can be ridiculously slow at times, with one report noting it took almost five weeks just to finish an estimate.
