PC Laptops provides great service and has knowledgeable staff. They fix devices quickly, with some issues resolved in about 10 minutes. The employees are nice and helpful, often going out of their way to assist. They also offer lifetime care for computers. The store transfers data from old devices and assembles new PCs. Even when they don't have what customers need, they offer help and assistance. PC Laptops is a go-to place for many customers, who highly recommend it for device fixes and purchases. The staff is fast and provides a great experience.
Had a wonderful experience! Ed tuned up my laptop and didn’t even charge me, as the issue was an HP software problem that could not be fixed in store, but he gave my a perfect workaround so I can still use my laptop without any issues. I came in to run a diagnostic on a pc that didnt turn on and employees had some free time to fix the pc. They found the problem and helped me out in about 10 minutes. This is my go-to place when needing to fix a problem with my pc.
