“I had been thinking about buying a vehicle for almost a year, but kept putting it off because I didn’t want the purchase hassle. I woke up one morning and decided it couldn’t be put off any longer. I looked at new and used cars on the lot, picked out three that I thought might work, and headed off for the ordeal. I was lucky to be approached by Quinn when I arrived, and within a few minutes he had put me at ease. He spent time with me to understand what I did and didn’t want, and discussed my list of potential vehicles with these requirements in mind. He ranked my list in order of them, and pointed out others that might also work. I ended up purchasing one of the vehicles he suggested, and have had a great driving experience since then. He even contacted me a few months later to see if I was still satisfied, and offered to meet with me to review some of the vehicle functionality that I wasn’t understanding. A dreaded, often-postponed ordeal turned into a positive experience and much of the credit must go to Quinn. His patience, understanding, and knowledge really eased the process. I’d definitely purchase another vehicle from him, and from Stephen Wade Toyota!”

This is the 2nd time getting work (maintenance)done at Findley VW in St. George. Today was with Tom. And again I was taken care of super well. Tom went above and beyond to help and accommodate. I can't say enough wonderful things about Tom and Pam. I thought I had a leak after the work was done and Tom had it looked at promptly. The mechanic was amazing too. Quickly reassured me it was not my car and looked at it immediately. Findley VW from purchase to service has been unparalleled in care. They are the BEST. “I was driving west to Las Vegas when I experienced a knocking sound coming from the engine and was stuck on an exit from late night til early morning when I had the truck towed to Rush Truck Center in St. George, UT.
I had called in beforehand and the customer service from the start was simply second to none.
When I arrived at the location Greg and his team attended to my truck and they fixed a problem that I certainly thought would take days due to the sound coming from the engine. There were somehow loose components in the engine and they were tightened and everything was fixed.
Greg called it “a Christmas miracle” and it most certainly was unbelievable how quickly and perfectly they fixed the issue.
I was able to drive to Vegas and decide to drive all the way back to have a transmission service done the next day as I was highly impressed with the great customer service, professionalism, courtesy, and amazing quality of work.
Honestly speaking I recommend this location to anyone and may Greg and his team continue to do an amazing job.
Even the maximum 5 stars aren’t enough for the service provided here.

Went back thinking they sold me the wrong ones for my car. The manager came out and put them on for me. They were more complicated then you would think but really glad he did with no problems or hassles right before I left for vacation.”
