“I used to work at Napa and would always deliver to these guys. While working there, BT Pearson became one of my favorite shops to deliver to. I would take my truck there for oil change changes, any little problem, and so many other things. They were always friendly and willing to help. I no longer work at Napa but my truck was giving me issues with a fuel cap sensor recently. I took it to them and they were able to help me. But even more so, when I mentioned my truck door had been broken for over a year and a half, they did not hesitate to help and figure out the issue. I highly recommend Mike and the other guys at BT Pearson, whether it's a small problem that turns into another side quest or anything else. Thanks guys!”

“Easy to work with and very helpful. They even picked my truck up from the dealership and had the new windshield ready to go with a protective film from the shop next door.
The glass can take 2 weeks to fully dry after the film has been applied and will continue to look better as it does. This windshield looks perfect at the time of picking up my truck.

Edit 10/03/25: I have a car that was going to get windshield protective film and got a rock chip the night before. NOVUS got me in and repaired in time. Thanks again on a job well done!”

“This is the second and third time that Colby got us out of a big pinch. We travel through Southern Utah twice a year for work. Noticed that we had a leak on our rear differential. Colby got us an immediately. After we arrived, he already had the parts waiting. Did the repair in a timely and courteous manner and addressed another issue we didn’t even know we had which was a loose trailer hitch and missing nuts on the trailer hitch which was a huge safety hazard. Second day, different issue - Colby got us in first thing in the morning to address a leaking fitting on our steering gearbox. He replaced the O-ring, and got me out the door in an hour and a half. Colby is an honest, good guy. Very thorough and meticulous. He has a lot of experience and definitely knows what he’s doing. He’s also is very friendly and made me feel like we’ve known each other forever.. Kenyon, Colby’s right hand, was super professional and nice all around guy. They make a great team! If you ever have your vehicle serviced or repaired by Colby, you will definitely want to keep coming back, because I know we will. We would give him 12 stars if we could. Highly recommend.”
“Let me start off by saying when you walk into this business how friendly everybody is! These guys diagnosed my problem when nobody else could within 45 minutes.. I'm not going to go into detail on how many mechanics I've been to on my truck and nobody could give me a black and white answer. These guys did and I will never take my truck anywhere else. “Owner Todd was so pleasant and easy to work with. He made sure we were 100% satisfied with the tow plate he installed on our Ford Maverick, verified the electrical systems worked properly, then helped us when it turned out our RV receiver plug was faulty by having a replacement sent over with just a short wait. We also had him replace the inner dually valve stems to get us happily back on the road. As full-time RVers we are very happy to find great people like Todd and highly recommend him!”

Tonia was great to work with doing our financing. She too didn't try to push extra warranties and products on us. She politely showed us some things the dealership offered but when we didn't want anything but the oil changes she just said that's ok fine and moved on.
This was a night and day different experience we had over at the Toyota lot last year with Dallas. He added a ton of extras without explaining any of it. It almost cost my son thousands more, until I went over there and had him make it right.”
