“I used to work at Napa and would always deliver to these guys. While working there, BT Pearson became one of my favorite shops to deliver to. I would take my truck there for oil change changes, any little problem, and so many other things. They were always friendly and willing to help. I no longer work at Napa but my truck was giving me issues with a fuel cap sensor recently. I took it to them and they were able to help me. But even more so, when I mentioned my truck door had been broken for over a year and a half, they did not hesitate to help and figure out the issue. I highly recommend Mike and the other guys at BT Pearson, whether it's a small problem that turns into another side quest or anything else. Thanks guys!”
“I had the man with long beard I want to say terrance but initials TW , he totally could of bleed me dry and said it was more damage than it was would of been another 1000.00 . “Easy to work with and very helpful. They even picked my truck up from the dealership and had the new windshield ready to go with a protective film from the shop next door.
The glass can take 2 weeks to fully dry after the film has been applied and will continue to look better as it does. This windshield looks perfect at the time of picking up my truck.

Edit 10/03/25: I have a car that was going to get windshield protective film and got a rock chip the night before. NOVUS got me in and repaired in time. Thanks again on a job well done!”

“These guys saved my Toy Hauler. They replaced the section of frame under my axles and beefed it up way stronger. I’ve used trailer repair places in the past and they do half way work and charge a fortune. These guys know what they are doing, fix it right and make it stronger than it came from the factory.
My toy hauler frame was tweaked pretty bad under the axles. Bad enough to where the tire was rubbing the wheel well. John at MPA cut the section of frame out and replaced with a fully boxed frame and added gusseting. The thing is super tough now and then aligned it.
We rely on our toy hauler to get to the races and these guys saved our trailer. Can’t thank you enough.”

“Colby and his team are FANTASTIC. I called after making the mistake of putting DEF into our diesel truck's gas tank. Instead of laughing at my mistake or making me feel worse, he walked me through the options and possible outcomes. We had the truck towed to the shop and Canyon kept us updated every step of the way. The repair was not cheap, but it also was not as costly as I was afraid of. They had to put alot of time and work into getting it back up and running, but I am happy to report that several thousand miles and a few months later the truck is still running smoothly. “We had a great experience buying our car from Lorraine. She wasn't pushy and found what we were looking for. Lorraine answered all of our questions. We drove several cars and decided on the Cx50 non turbo.
Tonia was great to work with doing our financing. She too didn't try to push extra warranties and products on us. She politely showed us some things the dealership offered but when we didn't want anything but the oil changes she just said that's ok fine and moved on.
This was a night and day different experience we had over at the Toyota lot last year with Dallas. He added a ton of extras without explaining any of it. It almost cost my son thousands more, until I went over there and had him make it right.”
