“Every time I go to UPS, the employees are so courteous. One time my package needed some packing tape on it to attach two packages together, which the store had told me to do, but I forgot. One of the employees taped the two packages together and I was so impressed. She went the extra mile for me so I wouldn’t have to go home and do it.”

“Dani at the 15 South River Road store helped me immediately. I was trying to sort through an international SNAFU with FEDEX online to no avail and when she saw my face and I explained my efforts to resolve the situation, she stepped right in, called customer service and the whole situation was resolved. She deserves a raise for reading the customer correctly. I would ask that FEDEX software engineers improve their website. There's a lot on it, I know, but it's difficult to navigate. Thank you.”

The staff I see most days are both great, friendly and often engage in friendly small talk while promptly processing my deliveries. The crowds have never been too bad either but the location is very small.”
