“Wow! After visiting two other T-Mobile stores, and being extremely disappointed in their lack of helpfulness, I went out of my way to go to the Pleasant Grove, Utah location. And Scott was absolutely awesome! Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he was also friendly, helpful, personable, and patient! It's getting harder and harder to find those who are willing to go the extra mile these days, but that is exactly how I would describe Scott. He is the manager, and the store shows it. “On two occasions one being yesterday I ran an errand to 7-11 for a few items and as I was paying the female helping me said hey I have a three dollar coupon for one of your items amazing ? and two weeks prior to this I went back to 7-11 about 11 pm as I was paying I was short some change the guy helping me said instead of having you go to your car I will give you the change he took it out of he’s own pocket and helped me out I just want to thank you BOTH and for being so NICE.. “I imagine 7-Eleven has been losing ground to Maverik stores in this area, which have tons of fresh, hot food and enormous stores and restrooms. This newer 7-Eleven store seems better positioned to compete with Maverik. Larger store and quite a few offerings in the hot or "fresh" categories. Workers were nice.”

“I had been pressured into buying an Apple Watch when I needed to get a new phone while visiting Texas. After a couple of weeks I knew I didn't like it and used the chat option with T-Mobile customer service. I was told I had a 30 day buyers remorse and could return it with a full refund to any store. When I went to the nearest store to me the day before my 30 days were up, I was told that the 30 days was only if you ordered the watch and if you bought it in store it was a 14 day return period. They would not take it back so I chatted with someone else that told me they would take care of me and help me get the watch returned. They then said they would call me personally on Monday to take care of it. He never called. I chatted with a couple of other people and spoke to a "supervisor" on the phone that again said he would call me back the next day. It never happened. I finally called a couple of days later and that person told me I could not get my money back but I could take it to any store and they would be able to help me return it. I happened to be in Highland visiting my sister and saw this store was close so I brought my issuers to them. Zak J was awesome! He read all the notes, was trying to help me in every way he could. They were not going to let me out of my contract with the watch because it was over 30 days. But he and his manager was able to override the system and let me return it! Zak even gave me a $10 credit because they weren't able to cancel the line and I would hav Roy pay for it for one more month. So thank you Zak for going above and beyond. I felt heard and valued.”

“Second visit here and even though it's only been two visits, I've had premium, fantastic service each time! The first time I came in, one of the associates was so nice to my little girl, that she fave her a beanie baby from a promotion they were having. Second time today and I was greeted warmly by both associates up front and quickly asked me if I can be helped with anything. Although the first item I was looking for today (a thermos cooler for the car that stores cold drinks) was not available (they haven't received their summer items yet) I was able to get the second item I was looking for. In addition to that, I had 2 digital coupons that took six dollars off my total cost. One of the management team members, by the name of Bobby Allen, or AKA Eugene was the one who helped me check out my items and he went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer! Although this location is not the closest one to home, I will happily return because of the supreme customer service I received!”

“So... I ventured to Target, to try out the new Coca-Cola; on the app, it said it was available at this location. Upon showing up, and walking the location it was supposed to be at, I could not find anything... An employee was nearby, and they helped me try to find it, but they also said they had not seen it for a little while and apologize that I made my trip for nothing. The place was pretty clean though, and I appreciate that.”
