“I am writing to share the exceptional experience I had today at your Saratoga Springs store. As a loyal Verizon customer for the past 13 years, I was thoroughly impressed by the store manager, Shawn, while purchasing a new phone. Shawn spent nearly two and a half hours assisting me, demonstrating a rare level of patience and dedication. He took the time to ensure I completely understood all of his instructions and setup directions before I left the store. Exceptional service of this caliber is truly hard to find. Shawn is an incredible asset to both the Saratoga Springs location and the Verizon company as a whole. I am deeply grateful for his outstanding support, and I sincerely hope that corporate recognizes his hard work and commitment to customer excellence. Employees of his caliber are invaluable, and I trust Verizon will continue to value and retain such exceptional talent. Thank you for your time and for maintaining such high standards of customer care. Best regards, Peggy Cook”

“I arrived 20 minutes before they closed. There were already six people in the store. The single employee made sure to greet each person and find out what they needed. Everyone was satisfied with the service they received and were out the door by closing time. He did an amazing job under stressful circumstances.”
