“I wish I had got the name of The associate working that answered my phone call I had been to two other stores trying to get these construction prints that are pretty important and it took me some time. Other stores were having Internet issues are printing issues, but when I called upset, she calmed me down, assured me they’ll get to working on it ASAP and she had her manager start getting my project ready. And construction sometimes you need things on the fly and I’m very grateful that they were able to accommodate me. The manager was super sweet as well as thank you again to the associate that answered my call and made it happen.! I don’t know who you are, but your manager will and you know who you are. I had originally ordered from Canva and the quality was horrible so I last minute reached out to Canyon Copy to see if they could help. “Very impressed - I sent in a basic Flyer + Business Card print request and they printed fast/easy SAME DAY. That is hard to find. Then, I noticed some of the Flyers didn’t turn out perfectly, so I brought some back and they reprinted the entire order for me for free!
Also, I wasn’t in love with the way business cards turned out on ChatGPT at first, so I sent an email to this FedEx office team with a few basic instructions — and they totally nailed it! They made the design changes for free, and reprinted all the business cards, again.
