“Mabel at the Highland UPS store has been so terrific to help me navigate return of table lamps that actually need to be sent back from FED EX.
I didn’t realize that UPS doesn’t handle FED EX returns! Sheila for her help spent many minutes in the hot sun (I’m handicapped, sitting in my car) guiding me on what needs to be done from FED EX. She has been remarkable, even extravagant, with her time and patience!! She has gone an extra 3 miles out of her way to help me. So grateful for her expertise and kindness.

“Absolutely excellent UPS Store location with helpful, friendly staff. Running a small business from home, we've worked with them for over a year and found them to be an extremely convenient location to mail out our UPS and USPS packages (they have a post office drop point that gets picked up daily). Their personal mailbox service is also indispensable to our small business. No longer do we worry about inventory arriving and sitting unsecured on our front porch, exposed to the weather and blowing dust - they will sign for and store incoming packages securely and have excellent hours all days of the week when you can pick up your packages.”
“In August 2025, we visited the United States Postal Service in American Fork, Utah. This is a large facility, as it services not only American Fork, but also nearby Highland and Alpine, as these two cities do not have their own Post Office. This facility is clean and well-maintained, and the employees are helpful. We were inquiring about different job opportunities within the United States Postal Service. Whitney, one of the managers, explained to our satisfaction the differences in the various job roles. We had a favorable experience visiting the American Fork Post Office.”

“I’ve had several experiences with the Lehi Post Office over the years, and every single one has been positive. The staff are consistently kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. They’ve assisted me with everything from getting a passport to sending Operation Santa packages, and even sorting out a tricky mail forwarding issue.
Even when the line stretches to the door, they take the time to make sure each person is taken care of without making you feel rushed. No one loves going to the post office, but they do everything they can to make it as smooth and painless as possible.
