“Great service. Pretty responsive and helpful. Only downside really is they close at 10pm. I initially tried to move out, had too much stuff left, and decided to wait another month to actually move out since life was busy. Had conversations to let them know I was leaving and then staying. I finally moved out 2 weeks later, and I forgot to tell them I had moved out. Two days later, i just got a text from them saying they had completed my move-out, and to leave a review. I like it when companies do what i want without me having to tell them.”

Whenever I have had a question or needed something fixed if he doesn’t answer the first time I call he has called me back within 10 minutes and has resolved the problem before we hang up the phone. “Every time we've done anything with Sunset storage, their customer service has been top-notch! When we rented a unit from them, they were prompt with responses to any questions and resolved a billing issue when we were done quickly and without any issues.
We've rented uhauls from them a few times, and it's always been a great experience. This last time I locked my phone in the uhaul after I dropped off the key, they answered their phone quickly and grabbed my phone first thing in the morning, when I went in, they even had it on a charger ? I will always go back to them as long as I live in the area!!”

Got this unit in 2022.
I visit often, I am not the kind of person who just let's their stuff sit. I go every other week to update my stuff, and clean my unit, so I know on a frequent basis what good service Towne Storage has. ?
She's always extremely positive and happy everytime I see her, she's been very helpful to help my ex husband and I figure out how to split our units, and get me my own, and his own. The sign over ownership processing was very easy and not stressful at all!
I love their storage unit price! Very affordable! Especially as being a single mom for the last 3 years, I've had no issues. Gates easy to use, easy access to my stuff whenever I go with my 2 kids.
Overall just VERY happy with this company, and their Office Worker Nicholette. I will definitely continue to use this company, in the future!
