My only complaint would be that the rent goes up unexpectedly every few months and that is really hard as a single person on a strict budget. Other than that, everyone at my facility is always helpful and friendly.”

“I waited to give this review until I had moved out, even though they hound you to do it when you first sign up. That’s ok though because they deserve a good review. We rented a large unit while we got new carpet and kept stuff there for two months until we moved. The actual dimensions of the unit are slightly smaller, but not enough to make a fuss over. Signing up was easy and everyone I talked to on the phone were super helpful and upfront about their policies. I was hoping to get the first month free like some of their smaller units, but the larger units don’t have that promotion. They did however give me the second month free, which was perfect since we only needed it for two months anyway. You need to give them 15 days notice to close your account/unit, which I did via email and today I moved everything out and checked out of the unit using their video kiosk with a remote agent since nobody was in the office. Everything was great and I would definitely use them again if the need arises. Everything was very clean and secure and instructions and communication was clear.”

It’s by far the best price I found and they never hassled me for rent increases which was very nice coming from other facilities who constantly wanted more. I noticed their rate even went up slightly for my sized unit during the duration of time I was renting and heard nothing from them wanting me to pay more. Just good honest people.”

“We have used this storage for the last 5 years. @CRA management took it over a year ago and service has been great. The only reason for the 4 start is when we first started using it the lock on our unit was cut off by management with out our consent because a unit next to us thought they dropped a key or something in between us and theirs. CRA has been much better to work with.”
