One thing i did notice is the pants struggled to stay on the hangers. So I thought maybe you can take one pant loop (if they have them ) and hang them on a hanger that way? She was quick to come over to take my load and get me a dressing room. She was so kind when I was ready to check out and she was helping another customer, letting me know she’d be right with me. I also noticed how well she treated other customers in the store at the same time as me. She was kind to everyone, had a smile on her face, gave them her full attention, and was so helpful and full of positive energy. Definitely one of my better experiences in a store!”

They are especially nice for the temple if you are looking for a comfortable cute dress. I bought my Temple dress here a few years ago and it still looks great. It fits me beautifully and it looks super cute and nice always. Never wrinkles.”

A potentially difficult and somber hang out, and my friend chose this location for us to meet and begin the task. The staff were exceedingly kind and patient with us, and even as we ran a little late after closing finalizing some jewelry to go with the outfit, they graciously allowed us to complete the purchase with ease and kindness. “As a man who wanted to update his wardrobe for summer with nice linen pants and shirts, this place was great. Banana Republic has some of the best price to value goods available. By buying a suit jacket for $150, 3 shirts for $40 each, $80 pants, and a nice belt, you can easily come away with a good summer wardrobe for under $500. The shoes are just ok, I would get Beckett Simonon or Thursday Boot Co boots to finish a summer look.”

“Stopped by after work cause it was on the way home. I was covered in sawdust and metal shavings but Foster(terrible at names so that's what I think his name was) still helped me a ton. Listened to the kind of shoes I was looking for and showed me several different styles and designs. He found me exactly what I was looking for and there was a nice sale going on too. It's been 2 weeks and the shoes are working out great! I'd definitely recommend asking for him if you know what you want but can't find it.”

“We were so surprised and excited to discover there’s an Ariat store at the outlets in Utah! We had been debating on getting some Ariat boots for our kids but weren’t sure about sizing, so being able to go in and have them try on different sizes was incredibly helpful. We also ended up saving 25% because we purchased multiple pairs, which was a discount we wouldn’t have gotten through the website where we originally planned to buy them. To top it off, we felt terrible because we didn’t realize the store was there and showed up only about 15 minutes before closing. The employees were so kind and welcoming and let us take our time trying on a few different sizes for our kids. They never made us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing them. Such a great experience, and we’ll definitely be back! It’s so nice to have an Ariat store nearby, especially for kids’ boots where sizing can be tricky.”

“I love lane Bryant, as a plus sized woman it’s one of the few places I feel comfortable and shameless about my body. However the older short lady named annette I believe is not kind, her younger associates are always so kind and smiling and giggling behind the counter which is what I love to see because it means they’re having fun at work and getting along. The older women does not seem happy, Every time I have gone in the other two girls seem like they’re walking on eggshells to make sure they do not upset her. I purposely come in when the older woman is not working because I do not want someone who’ll complain about me while I am still in the store and someone who does not seem to enjoy their job. Thank you so much to the two younger girls for the giggles I enjoy your kindness and generosity every time I come in.”

“I went to the Lehi store today in search of a bridesmaid dress. The girl who helped me was super impressive and very helpful, finding me the dress I was looking for, helping me get the right size. In the end the color I needed wasn’t available in my size but I was able to try it on in a different color, and order it in the right color online. I didn’t catch her name but she had long blonde hair and was super patient and helpful even with me bugging her a couple different times.”
