“Clean and well stocked location. Friendly staff who were happy to assist me in looking for an item I was trying to locate. Great deal on sprouts branded potato chips for 99 cents a bag at this location.”
“I asked George if he could help me find something and he walked me over to where he thought the item would be. It wasn't there, so my husband and I just figured they didn't have them in and continued shopping. A few minutes later George came running up to us with it in his hand. He went out of his way to ask around and look for us, then came and found us. Thank you George you are the best!”
“I loved shopping in this store until today. I took for granted the many fragrances from the bakery and deli. They give me an appetite and I often walk away with a loaf of bread or a hot meal from the delicatessen that I wasn't planning on purchasing. This morning those fragrances were completely unnoticeable. A repelling Cinnamon stench had replaced them. I quickly just grabbed the one gallon of milk that I had come for and fled the store.
Please get rid of that horrible pumpkin spice scent. Few may enjoy it but many are repelled by it. It in no way should be in a store that tries to sell fresh food. It triggers headaches and makes me nauseous.”

“Love the scan and go checkout! It's so easy to get in and out of here. I love all the different options in store and at the deli. Their pizza is the best! Our favorite is the combo pizza.”
“Even though this South Jordan location is a little further from me, I have been taking advantage of the online grocery order pickup they offer. What I like about them is the personal shopper communicates to you via text about anything that may be out if stock and if you'd like substitutions, if you'd like any add/ons or how you want your bananas which is really nice to get to relay specifics. They also start shopping for your order way ahead so you are able to pick up earlier should you choose. Although they may be a bit pricier than other stores, I believe their produce & meats are better quality.”
“Reduced one star only for the person available in the shop who is always deep into his mobile chatting or talking to someone making the customers to wait for billing. Otherwise this shop holds all Indian groceries, veggies, indian spices, Masala items, Indian Snacks and sweets, ready to cook indian dishes, Hindu Pooja items etc. Shop needs to display the rates of the items in its places.”

“We are regulars we come to this Walmart very frequently. I give this place four thumbs up because the bathrooms could use some work and some times you I see that the store needs to be restocked every now and then. I do come here very frequently and maybe that's why I see that the shelves need to be restocked but that is the reason why I give this four stars instead of five. When it comes to Bingham apparel the Walmart off of bangerter highway definitely has more options. **I use to do Walmart Grocery pick up but the service went down hill, long wait time, bad customer service, they don't pick produce well. So I just stopped all together. I was given two coupons for the bad service I received, so I used one and the service didn't change and I didn't want to keep complaining so now I just walk in. TIP: Smiths market has amazing grocery pick up service.”

“Always very helpful. It is easy to speak to the pharmacist. We are in SS and they do everything to make sure we get the best price for our medications. If a medication is a bit expensive the call toake sure we want to get it. They make it easy to get necessary vaccinations and always make us feel important to them. We truly enjoy their techs. I will happily give them 5 stars”

“Local small town feel Indian specialty food supply store-had just what I needed. A little cluttery but fair pricing on many items. I was approached twice to see if I needed help which was nice when there wasnt a price listed on a few things. No wait, in and out quickly. I would return for specialty items but not enough selection for a regular grocery visit. It did have some fresh produce though, I was surprised. Overall good service.”

“I have been doing business at this pharmacy for at least 8 years. They always have been quick to help me, personable and accurate. They have helped my husband above and beyond. I don't understand the review that dinged them because they aren't open until 11 or the person who tried get through after they closed for lunch. Since Covid, their responsibilities have increased, and the time isn't their call. Anyway, think they are great.”
“I had left two of my items in the store and I wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone same day, but the next day I called their customer service number on the receipt and Holly asked me to come in grab my items and to meet her at the customer service counter is was as easy as that and I was on my way. I had my receipt in hand so that definitely made things a lot easier:)”
“I come here ALL the time with my grandma and Thomas is always so nice and goes above and beyond. My grandma has to use a motorized cart and I went to get another cart to put the groceries in and I come back and Thomas is helping her by putting her groceries on top of the conveyor belt. He always makes our visit so pleasent.”

I usually love this Smith's. It's convenient and has some very positive-attitude employees. Today my experience was less than thrilling. At the boar's head deli, I asked to taste two different meats for a charcuterie board I'm making. I asked for some recommendations, he scoffed at me then told me what his favorite was. I asked to taste it and he turned around and I thought he was cutting a slice for me to try. He mumbled some things under his breath while I continued to look at the meat options. Then he turned back to me when I asked if I could also try another one. He asked if I wanted to try the one I had originally thought he was slicing a sample for me, I said yes. So he finally sliced up the original slice I asked for, then he gave me the other meat to try. I tasted it, made a remark about how it tasted more mild than the previous one, and he proceeds to tell me how wrong I am. Then I asked for the second meat to be sliced up, about 40% of a lb. He asked how thick and I said I wanted it thin because there were children who were going to be trying these. Apparently children will throw their food around if they try a charcuterie board, because he told me so. (I guess he was trying to say something like "pearls before swine?") I finally got my meat, came home to put together my charcuterie board, and found pieces of some dried, unidentified meat along with sliced pieces of plastic on the edges of the meat. All the while, when he was slicing my meat up, he kept mumbling things under his breath that didn't seem too pleasant. I don't remember his name, but he was an older gentleman who didn't look very kempt. This was the first terrible experience I've had at Smith's, and so I take off a star for this one terrible experience. I will be keeping my eye out when I'm interested in Boar's Head meats and will not approach if I see him.”
“I love the guy who works at the 104th & South Jordan Parkway location because he is always singing oldies at the top of his lungs while stocking the shelves. It's hilarious and awesome! I wish there were more self check out lanes utilized to make it faster to go through. Decent clearance items are regularly out. Always cluttered with stocking boxes but clean store overall. Helpful workers.”

“They always have the things I'm looking for, one of which is dairy-free cream cheese. The Tofutti brand is the best there is! It tastes exactly like cream cheese, only it's dairy free! I'll drive miles to go buy four or five containers of it!
Also about a year ago I asked their supplement and vitamin buyer what brand they buy for themselves, thinking that of course then they're probably done the research and know what is the best. They recommended Natural Factors out of Canada and those are the supplements that I've been buying ever since. I always check Natural Factors first and I really have appreciated them telling me about them!”
