“I run a private transportation business and I pulled out of my garage with a very low pressure tires. The Big O tire shop was super busy and I was on the phone with another company just in case it was going to take too long to fix. I had two nails in my tires one in the side wall so it needed a new tire. I took an Uber to my house picked up a spare tire from my garage and then back to the tire shop. In about 30 minutes or less I had my tire put on and I was out the door without having to pay anything. Thanks guys!”

Brady took care of me.Very professional. Walked me through the damage from the drillbit that was lodged in my tire. He was able to patch it. Charged me $12. And sent me on my merry way.
