“The team at this Les Schwab are above and beyond. After attempting to replace my brakes by myself, I eventually had to turn to the professionals. Most mechanics will say they hate working on customers' DIY projects because they will more than likely have to fix the original problem and the mess the customer made.
However in this case the technician I talked with and who worked on my car, Jesus, was a perfect professional example. He knew all the correct questions to ask to make sure what the problems might or might not be.
He worked on the car right away and was able to readily identify and fix the problem.
In addition to the incredible work by Jesus, the entire team was so quick and professional I came in after a long Memorial day weekend and they were busy with a lot of customers, but all of the staff was able to quickly assess the customer needs and get them taken care of. I am grateful to have such an incredible auto shop in Herriman.

“Took my lx in for steering issues, and while replacing the rack and pinion, they must have fried vgrs sensor, didn't charge me for fixing the vgrs (not a cheap module, btw), and they got it fixed. “I went to M1 after a recommendation from a friend. I had a lot of things to do on a 60,000 mile service for a Ford F150. Trans, transfer, diffs, coolant, brake services and full tune-up. Right out of the gate, Mike and Lizzie were exceptional. They answered all my questions and kept my updated along the way. Communication was above and beyond. During all those jobs they found some additional things that needed attention in my hubs and water pump. They fixed the hub issue while the truck was there and we are ordering the parts for water pump. Mike took photos of the found issues. I have been to many auto shops in my life and nearly all I will not go back to, but Mikes shop is now my only go to. They do great work. They are communicative. They stand by their work and most importantly, they are HONEST. Rare commodity in today's world. Out of habit I placed cardboard under my truck when I got home to see if anything was leaking since I had every fluid in the truck changed. There was not a single drop of oil anywhere. It was obvious they took the time to even wipe any residual oil off any parts underneath. Thank you, Mike and Lizzie for the great work! Here's to a long future business relationship and I'll see you next week.

“You know, these days, you don't get a lot of honesty from people in the service industry that are working on your car or plumbers, or anything of that nature. And recently, I had the experience of working with master tech. I had purchased a aftermarket exhaust system for my truck. Put it on, it didn't quite fit. And it had new catalytic converters on it, and I called them to ask them what it would cost to put a new system on it that actually fit. And they said, well, why do we need to do that? Why don't we just fix what's wrong with it? And save you some money, and so I did. I took it to them because I had other shops, quoting me from $700 to $1500. And they all knew the same exact information that it had a new system on it with new catalytic converters, but nobody was willing to be honest, and even suggest that we just fixed the fitment issue and call it good. And then I called these guys, and boy, was I surprised they suggested we just fix it. And we did, and it was a lot less money, and it passed emissions. And the truck is out on the road. Doing great, so for that, I really appreciate these guys. And they will be my shop of choice from this point on. Because of that, one little gesture of honesty and helping me save money instead of looking out for their bottom dollar. And I know, companies need to look out for making their own money, and if you do enough of these, where you gain customers. Because of your honesty, then you get far more than just a big check, one time going out. The door so thank you, master autotech. You guys are the best.”

They offered each time to get it in and get it fixed. I didn't have time at the moment. I ended up making an appointment which was super easy, went in and they were so nice and helpful. “Intermountain tire pros was recommended to me by a friend who has worked with them professionally. I took them to do work on a used car I bought privately. They found a few issues with it and offered to fix it up as soon as possible. I initially denied some repairs but then the next morning I changed my mind. They told me at first they would not be able to get it done without moving into the next week. However, a few hours later I received a call that they would get it done that day and by the original time I needed it. Fast forward to the following week and after some intense wobbling and misdiagnosed (on my end) problems I decided to tow it back to them. They then called me and informed me what the real issue was, fixed it and then did further work that I was unaware the car needed. When I asked how much it would cost, they told me it was on house. 5/5 I will be going here again with all of my vehicles.”
