“Great price! Roomy cab with room for 6 adults. Clean. Wall slats provide lots of ways top secure the load. Love the lift gate! Great truck! Good service. After hour drop off. Fuel level gauge is slow to respond so it is easy to return with more fuel than you started with. Remember to ask for the nearest diesel fueling location before you leave.”
“Affordable rental car was by far the easiest rental car agency out there. They were quick to pick up and drop off. They were the most affordable place to rent a car. They even called us more than once to make sure we had a ride to the location since we were flying in and rented from the state street location. The workers were so down to earth and nice. We had one little issue with the car too and they did a great job at resolving the issue. We will definitely be renting from them when we go to SLC! If you want to save a headache you should too.”

“I had arranged to rent a truck, pick up was at 6 (when they close). I had an issue with my credit card, long story short I had someone come to pay with their card. The guy was so nice and waited patiently well after they were closed, just so I could rent the truck! I was so thankful they saved my hide that day! And it was cheap!! Thank you so much u haul!! ?”
“Absolutely the greatest experience when we got there they did not have our truck but they found one for us at another location. I did not have a means to get there. Sierra offered to drive us which was absolutely above and beyond. She is amazing. It would have been easy to tell me tough luck and left me to my own devices to get there. They saved me an uber thanks. That young lady deserves a party raise.”
“Good people and great service. I needed a truck for the day locally, and they had one. The truck and the business were clean and well maintained.
Even though I did not need them, they had significant moving supplies. And some really cool model trucks around the shop.
They are a little difficult to find. But that may be why they had availability on short notice.”
“We had a great experience here! The man(owner?) I worked with was super helpful, fun to talk to and we were on the road with our trailer in a jiffy! We had a reservation, so not sure if other reviews didn't, but seems like with anything you have to reserve on app anywhere you rent. Google needs to move location point to correct location. I submitted an edit, we'll see what happens”
“UPDATE: I am editing this due to owner involvement. The following day after the transaction, the owner did issue a refund to resolve the problem. We had already completed the refund through Uhaul, so we issued them the refund back. While I do not like that I was told there was nothing they can do originally, I do appreciate the owner just handling it to fix the problem. Because of this, I have changed my review. 4 stars, but would have been 5 if the worker at the time had taken a little extra time to resolve the issue or at least let me know they would work on it the following day.
ORIGINAL POST: Look at the ratings people. Rented a Uhaul and drove it 3 miles. They charged us $69 because it showed we did 50 something miles. I called and said I have photos, and what I was told by Utah (yes that is his name) was there was nothing they could do and I had to call Uhaul. Making mistakes is not an issue, but putting the problem solving solution back on the customer who didn't make the mistake is not cool. We called Uhaul, sent the photos and got a refund. We were told the store could have done this if I had photos....so apparently they just don't want to put the work in.
Look, you have to trust the people who work on your car with a high level of ethics that they will do what's right and not skimp corners. If they handle. Uhaul this way, can't imagine they do any better on your car. I am filing a complaint with Uhaul regarding this station and indicating that there may be some funny business going on since 50 something miles seemed to have appeared from no where. If you have to rent a Uhaul, triple check your stuff. Pictures of everything. If you are taking your car in for work.....I'd say be cautious.”
“The day before heading out for a camping trip my personal truck had an issue. Enterprise Truck Rental helped me get a truck that could tow my trailer and saved our vacation. Lisa was very helpful and checked in with me to make sure the truck was working as planned. I would 100% use these guys if you need to rent a truck.”

“I probably wouldn’t have gotten my rental truck here if I had looked at the reviews first, but I actually had a very positive experience. I showed up about 45 minutes late to my pickup because of something that came up that morning and they didn’t give me any problems about it. I don’t remember their names but I was helped by a man and woman who were both very friendly and despite being late, still let me call my primary car insurance to confirm that the rental would be covered. The truck was perfect for our move and because we were dropping it off on a day they were closed, they told me to just bring it back at any time. So I got several extra hours out of the rental that ended up being a huge help.”

“Please know when calling Penske locations, this is an agency and does not do direct scheduling.When you get transferred to this location no one will pick up because the location is not set up for direct phone call Scheduling.To book a rental here let the call center know you are trying to book there and give them the information.Then show up at Home Depot to pick up your Penske Rental.Despite having difficulty with scheduling, I was able to successfully schedule thru the call center with Austin. I got a truck and I had a great experience.”
“This particular dealer saved me a lot of money on a truck rental. Corporate U-Haul had changed my reservation and was deceptive. They "added additional miles" to make up for the fact that I had to drive an extra 50 miles because of the location changes. It turns out that they were going to make ME pay for those miles. Really trashy in my opinion.Long story short, this particular dealer helped me discover this issue and made adjustments to save me over $100 for the day. They knew the ins and outs of how U-Haul deals with these things, and they knew that I was being taken advantage of in this instance. Big thank you!”
