“This is the closest rental car place from South Valley Regional Airport (U42) which is popular for private flights. At first I was very worried that they may not have the car I booked since something like this happened to me before (Budget cancels reservation the same day I am arriving). However, I was able to talk directly to the person at the branch over the phone if I call 2 times, I got exactly the car (4WD) I booked, and they were flexible about extending my return (no penalty charges) after I called the branch the day before. I hope there were an option to prepay when I book if that can guarantee a 4WD car be available when I arrive next time flying.”

I have been using adaptive equipment for r most of my life, when I started driving back in the 80s when hand controls we really sketchy at Best. And over the past probably 15 years I’ve been using portable hand controls, however after a couple of close calls in the last few months I decided it was time to go back to professionally mounted hand controls. So I called Mobility Works and went down there to take a look at options for safer hand washing controls that I was currently using.. Joe and. Andrew, showed me what was out there in new technology for driving. As most of us know that use hand controls it always comes down to convenience and cost. Mobility Works gets 10 stars when it comes to those two factors that I look for.

Andrew, the tech that installed them has been in the industry for over 20 years and really cares about the way in which he mounts your hand controls in your vehicle! Another thing that makes Mobility Works, a great place to go is that if you need an accessible van with a ramp or lift, this is your company hands-down the best Mobility company I’ve ever used. The hand controls they installed in my vehicle are simply easy to use ,and remarkably they didn’t even have to cut into my dash. So from there, Rental of accessible vans and the selling of accessible vehicles you cannot go wrong with these guys go above and beyond and are very professional. The price is great. The technician is amazing. Thanks again, Andrew,, for not destroying my car :-). Joe and Andrew, please keep up the great customer service!!!!

“Best Enterprise experience I have had in my 8 loyal years from renting from them. I developed a good relationship with Tyler and Matthew from this office. I rented from them 3x in 3 weeks and they always try to find me the specific car I request since I have surfboards and they won't fit in most cars. The last time I rented, Matt tried to find me a Malibu most of the day and could not find me one. He had a couple free upgrades to SUV but I told them I preferred a car and once Tyler heard that he tossed me the keys to an Audi. What an upgrade, the kicker is that it actually fit the surfboards much better than any of the cars I have previously rented. What a phenomenal driving experience and it actually did better on fuel than the Malibu's i had been renting. What solid guys and great customer service. EDIT Second trip they gave me a Mercedes! Leslie is the new manager and the best!”

“Victor at Tim Dahle Nissan in Murray was incredible to work with. I went by looked at a few vehicles (Rogue & Sentra) and Victor was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I informed him from the beginning that I was in the market but not in a rush. My oldest son came with me and asked A LOT of questions, and Victor answered every question professionally. If he didn’t know the answer he didn’t pretend that he did, he would simply say “ I don’t have that answer for you, but I will go get it for you”. If I buy a vehicle it will be from Victor. He has earned my respect and my trust.”

“Affordable rental car was by far the easiest rental car agency out there. They were quick to pick up and drop off. They were the most affordable place to rent a car. They even called us more than once to make sure we had a ride to the location since we were flying in and rented from the state street location. The workers were so down to earth and nice. We had one little issue with the car too and they did a great job at resolving the issue. We will definitely be renting from them when we go to SLC! If you want to save a headache you should too.”

“The day before heading out for a camping trip my personal truck had an issue. Enterprise Truck Rental helped me get a truck that could tow my trailer and saved our vacation. Lisa was very helpful and checked in with me to make sure the truck was working as planned. I would 100% use these guys if you need to rent a truck.”

Original: They charged me a fuel surcharge when I returned the vehicle with a full tank (I filled up a very short distance from the airport). They also added a few other fees that were not part of the estimate. Not a good experience.”

“Everything is better in person. I made an online reservation for a Hyundai, but there was some confusion, and I ended up being charged twice and receiving a Bronco instead. Surprisingly, the Bronco turned out to be a great vehicle, feeling like an upgrade compared to what I initially booked. Fortunately, the customer service team knew the protocol for online reservations and refunded me”

“This Hertz location is perfectly great. I’ve rented here multiple times and without incident. I like the staff.
If you understand the fundamentals everything will go great. E.g.—return the car during business hours, be on time, bring a credit card, document your vehicle condition before and after, communicate and be nice to the staff, etc.”
