“The service was fantastic I loved the vet. I would have given all of them a five-star, the reason I only gave a four star is because of the price. The price went up greatly from last year and they no longer offered a package at a discount for all of the shots.”
“Frustrated that I asked how much extra the wormer was and was told $4 but after looking at the receipt it was an extra $30. Still cheaper than going to a vet office but I could have easily bought that wormer and done both of my dogs for that price.”

She is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and has an amazing ability to work with dogs of all temperaments and backgrounds, even when their history is unknown. I've seen firsthand the positive impact she's had on every dog I've brought to her, one foster even becoming a service dog. I recommend Tonia without hesitation and couldn't recommend her more highly.”
“I like Petco and the people. There is a promotion going about their birthday and giving away prizes. But no way of entering to sign up for the prizes. I asked the employees but they new nothing about the sweepstakes and couldn't see how to do sign up for the sweepstakes either.”
“I went tp PetCo, because when I came to visit my son, he had this aquatic turtle in an aquarium with just a dock. I thought that poor turtle looks so bored, so I went to Petco and found out that that was great, that turtle loved it so pretty boring life, but anyways, the staff member was very knowledgeable.He told me, some good points about the turtle and taking care of the turtle. He was very knowledgeable.”

“I came in nearly at closing to pick up a heavy duty chew for my dog on the 4th of July. I had called before to have one set aside but they were slammed and the gal that helped me right away had more information than I expected due to being exposed to fostering dogs. She helped me find healthy options that didnt cost a lot. I wish I could remember her name to thank you, but she was young, full of information, efficient and professional. Thank you!”
“I ordered custom catio tunnels sized 18 H x 16W for my large cats as the typical catio tunnels were too short for my cats to comfortably navigate. Marilyn was a huge help in the design, and Rose was very helpful with customer service. The tunnels and connector angle brackets are very sturdy and well made. My cats love them. The only downside to the experience was with the contracted freight company. The freight was expensive, and yet they damaged several tunnels. But Marilyn and Rose promptly sent replacement pieces so my handyman could cut off the damaged ends and clip on replacement sections. My neighbor ordered standard 8 x 12 tunnels which were shipped with mine. They are well made too, but I’m so glad I sized up as they would be very tight for my 17 and 22 pound cats. I highly recommend this company, but suggest they take extra precautions to protect the product from careless freight handlers.”
