What a terrible design drive thru design. There is only 2 drive thru spots that boarder the main road, so the 3rd and 4th person in line is either blocking the side walk or causing a very unsafe and huge traffic jam to get to the ATM.
Some of the bankers prefer to talk about their life stories with customers. Instead of do there jobs and move on to the next client. I get this place is busy for the location. But they need to step it up or hire more bankers.
Worst banking experience ever. Was at door when they locked it. Went to drive up and was told by teller they couldn't help me.
