Tyler the manager shouldn’t have a job. The way he presented himself was similar to a quick serve employee making 7.50 an hour. Completely incompetent and very unhelpful!! For customers who have been banking at Wells Fargo for combined 30 years... the customer satisfaction is well below satisfaction!!!!!
Wish I could give a zero star. By far worst Wells Fargo Branch EVER! They have rules that not only don't make sense, but also apply to this one and only branch. Always a terrible experience. Some of the bankers prefer to talk about their life stories with customers. Instead of do there jobs and move on to the next client. I get this place is busy for the location. But they need to step it up or hire more bankers.
