“Colby and the whole team saved me. My phone was shut off and I was making a trip back to Kansas and had no access to maps nothing. They got me the cheapest plan, with the phone for free and got me on my way! I’m indebted to them. I’ve switched from AT&T for good! And they transferred my entire phone in like 10 minutes! A++++ team!”

“I had a great experience with Marcelo at the T-Mobile store in Springville, UT. He was incredibly helpful in assisting my mother with a claim for a lost phone, as well as taking care of all the technical and account-related needs she had. What really stood out was that Marcelo is bilingual and was able to assist my mother in her native language, Spanish. This made her feel comfortable, understood, and confident throughout the entire process. As her son, I also really appreciated knowing that she was in good hands and that everything was being explained clearly. Marcelo was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure all of her needs were taken care of. Excellent customer service and a great representation of T-Mobile. Thank you, Marcelo!”

Maggie was extremely helpful and accommodating in getting my issue resolved. She went over the different plans, promotions and upgrades available for me without being pushy or selling me anything I didn't want. I was very pleased with my experience and will be returning to this location in the future for the excellent service as well as the wide selection of available merchandise store.”

“My son's iPhone 16 died after about 15 months. There was nothing wrong with it, and it was in pristine condition, so that was frustrating, but I want to give credit to this particular T-Mobile store and the person I worked with. I think her name was Karina. We went to two other T-Mobile stores that were not very helpful. They gave us misinformation, and we're not that knowledgeable. Karina, on the other hand, explored all possible options and gave us several different ways to go about solving this particular problem. Ultimately, we decided to wait and use an older phone. She gave us a new SIM card to transfer the number to, to use it for now while we decide what to do in the future. I really appreciate her help.”
