They usually have the inside scoop about the newest climbing areas in the area as well, so that’s worth asking about when you visit.Plan to spend some time just talking while you are there. There is always a good variety of shoes, particularly in the men's section (both of my favorite brands, Puma's and Adidas, are always in stock), which is clean and well organized to make it very easy to find what you are looking for. The staff is incredibly helpful and always williyto answer any questions. The manager Tracy was able to address any sizing concerns I had, helping ensure I was able to find what I needed. “Smaller than it used to be with fewer choices. Before they had 2998 shoes that I would never buy, and 2 that I love. Now, it's only about 1498 shoes that I would never buy, and 1 that I love, and 1 that I just don't like as much. It's not a diss on Famous Footwear. If I ever open my store called "Forever 39" then there will only be 3 shoe choices for men. Not 3 categories... 3 actually different kinds of shoes, and that's it. Formal, sporty, and regular-around-the-house tennis shoes. Easy peasy. But! If you want more selection than that from a store that actually exists already, Famous Footwear is the place for you. They only nag you one time per visit about whether you need help.”

I called Reed and asked for another week and he gave me some more time. I was able to buy my stuff back and was super grateful that Reed worked with me on the timeline. Highly recommend his shop!”

“I rarely go to the mall these days. We got the help we needed when we wanted it and our gal even placed a special order for me because they didn’t have my size. It will be sent right to my house so I don’t have to come back and get it AND shipping was free! Can’t wait! ? Our gal was kind, courteous, and wasn’t trying to rush us even thought it was closing time. I’m sad I can’t remember her name though. (April 27th just before 9pm maybe you can find her based on the schedule) and I got the email right away, but it was in my spam folder so be sure to check there.”

“Pretty decent variety of discs priced fairly. Open basically all the time, which helps when you need a disc that day or before your next round. The only reason I didn't give a five star is the customer service wasn't great a couple times I visited. Maybe they were having a bad day idk. The girl who helped me a different day i went in, was great very friendly, and helped me with some info when I first started playing! Glad they are there tho because otherwise I would have to order every disc online.”
