I placed a pre-order a month ago. When it was finally time to pick it up, all I had to do was go to the checkout line to pick up my order. The associate was friendly and efficient.

Large selection of books for all age ranges,and topics. The store is well laid out in sections. There is an amazing selection of Lego kits, educational toys, movies and music. Enjoyed the store. Staff was very helpful.

Great selection of books at this location… also, this location is attached to the Red Cliffs Mall, which is so convenient for my other shopping needs. Employees are kind and helpful! There is also a STARBUCKS INSIDE Barnes & Noble- with plenty of tables and chairs to sit, rest, relax!
