“Took my 14yo son in to “get a new look” and everyone was so kind. Joe went above and beyond helping get sizes and styles as my son figured out what he really liked. He spent over an hour hyping my son up and helping him leave with fits he loves and feels confident in. Stacie was also super kind and helpful and the person working the fitting room was so patient. That was my first time at H&M and we will definitely go back!”
“Came into Zumiez today and Jordan absolutely made my day! He was so funny and easy to talk to that I completely forgot I was even shopping lol. It genuinely felt like I was talking to an old friend the whole time! Every conversation somehow turned into a joke and he had me laughing the entire visit.
The other employee with the dirty blonde buzz cut was also super cool and added to the fun atmosphere! Both of them made the store feel really welcoming, but Jordan's personality honestly stood out the most. It's rare to meet employees who are not only helpful but genuinely entertaining to be around. Definitely one of the funniest and most enjoyable shopping experiences I've had in a while! KEEP IT UP WITH THE MEXICAN BANGERS TOO LMAOOO”
“Big fan of this establishment. Need more businesses in Utah that have a whole dedicated room with shelves upon shelves of magical items in the back. I could sit there for hours. I do, occasionally.
On a side note, you can buy everything here from any another store for like 60% of the price. Spencer’s marks up their prices crazy sauce. My girl KNOW she’s not putting on no damn Louis Vuitton lingerie so don’t pretend like she is. Neither am I.

“Didn’t catch her name but the woman who rang us up tonight (3/16/26) was awesome. We grabbed some shorts off the rack that said 30% off. And apparently the shorts weren’t part of the sale. She still gave us the 30% off and was very nice. Excellent customer service and that is a valuable employee.”

Not only that, but she helped us find even cuter clothes!!!
