My phone took on some moisture and I needed a new phone. Kaden was patient and kind as we talked about the different options. He also spent time with me to make sure my new phone was set up and ready to go. Excellent costumer service. I would highly recommend going to the Syracuse store.

Kodan Taylor was fantastic. Within minutes he had my problem with my phone solved and my phone operational. He also took care of another customer while my phone was updating. I watched how he helped him decied what headset to use so that he could continue working at his job. He was really great.

Visiting the states for a couple months, got a good prepaid SIM for just over 60 USD, which gives signal pretty much anywhere in the US. The guy who's working there was new when I visited, had only been there about a month, but was still incredibly helpful and very polite.
