I had a Medical Issue a few days Prior and Couldn’t Remember My Passcode for My Phone!? Instead of being Rude he asked me a couple of question's!! With a Smile on his face he said Very Respectfully “Ma’am you Need to Go to Apple” This is Not a T’Mobile Issue this is an Apple issue!!? He gave me directions on Where to go!! Told me Good Luck and said if I had any other Questions to come back anytime!! He Smiled the Entire Time and was so Understanding and Helpful!! He was AWESOME!!! Thanks so much, Amy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️”
