“This was a Monday morning that I was waiting for the doors to open!! Once they did Gage assisted me as well as he could!! I had a Medical Issue a few days Prior and Couldn’t Remember My Passcode for My Phone!? Instead of being Rude he asked me a couple of question's!! With a Smile on his face he said Very Respectfully “Ma’am you Need to Go to Apple” This is Not a T’Mobile Issue this is an Apple issue!!? He gave me directions on Where to go!! Told me Good Luck and said if I had any other Questions to come back anytime!! He Smiled the Entire Time and was so Understanding and Helpful!! He was AWESOME!!! Thanks so much, Amy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Oscar and Ruby have such great customer service. Me being a project manager over a huge contract. I was very impressed on how well they handled , what me and my husband observed. When we arrived there was no other customers, but us they were very welcoming and polite. Seconds later the whole store filled up with more customers. They welcomed everyone while staying focused on the current customers , never once did we fell rushed like we were being rushed threw. They were able to help everyone one of us. “After having been an Android user for 25 years, The Dove and I went to our local TMOBILE store in Clinton Utah. We traded our Android phones for brand new IPhones, Pro17 Max.
We met Whitney at the store who took care of us, held our hand, reassured us that everything would be ok.
We were so nervous, about changing phone brands but Whitney was just great. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous.

I felt like we may have made a huge mistake. HOWEVER, upon returning to the store, Dalyn was there to correct the prior mistakes and turn a bad experience into an excellent one! He went above and beyond! In addition, he's an expert on my particular phone. Love that!!!! He's there if I've got any questions.”
