I had a Medical Issue a few days Prior and Couldn’t Remember My Passcode for My Phone!? Instead of being Rude he asked me a couple of question's!! With a Smile on his face he said Very Respectfully “Ma’am you Need to Go to Apple” This is Not a T’Mobile Issue this is an Apple issue!!? He gave me directions on Where to go!! “These guys sell refurbished phones. I bought a Samsung fold 4 that had had a black dot on the screen and because of that I got the phone at a discount. I took great care of the phone, but the dot on the screen grew and within weeks the touch screen stopped working. It was past Mr. Vic's warrantee period. I researched and found the fold 4 had this problem a lot. I went back in and showed Vic the YouTube and comments about the problem. He took great care of me. I didn't want another fold because of my research and so they gave me a newer Samsung. They could have said I was outside of warrantee and made it my problem. Instead, he listened to me, looked into the problem, and then took very good care of me. I could not be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend this place. They are honest and genuinely want to help. Thanks Vic and Colby!”

When we got setup for T-Mobile in Arizona, the dude who set us up didn't know what he was doing, and was just rushing us to get us out it seemed. Following that, we had so many issues with our account including extra fees, unable to access our bill, and more. We went to the Riverdale T-Mobile store, the Clearfield one, and multiple other ones just to be quickly shunned out when expressing needing help with our problem, seemingly like they didn't care to help us. We came to this store & was immediately kindly welcomed in by Whitney (please ask for her she's the BEST!!!!) and she helped us through EVERYTHING we needed and was so so kind and helpful. I will only ever return to this store because of her & her manager Daniel, they were both amazing and sweet. Genuinely the best customer service ever.”

“I had an issue with an iPad screen protector that I had purchased from a local AT&T Store. They couldn't help me and recommended the I go talk to the guys at Tricked Out Accessories in the Layton Hills Mall. I was expecting to buy a new screen protector, but the guys were able to fix it and now it's good as new. When I asked how much I owed them, they said nothing. I now know why they have so many 5-star reviews. If they take suck good care a a random guy off the street, how much better care will they take for one of their customers? I've now got a new go-to place for my cellphone and tablet accessories.”
