“I went into Ascent credit union to open a new account because I was fed up with the financial institution that I have been doing business with. I didn’t realize at the time that Ascent CU only had a few branches, otherwise I probably would have switched before now. I can remember a time when my previous CU was small with only a hand full of branches,. The one on one customer service that you would receive, almost felt like family. This is exactly the way Kaden at Ascent CU made me feel. The Roy branch was warm and inviting, and I was able to open my account, have all my questions answered and be on my way all in about 15 minutes. Way to go Kaden and the Ascent team. I highly recommend them to anybody that misses the personalized customer service of yesterday.”

“I have been a member of this credit Union since I was a small child. My father started me a savings account there. I financed my first car through these guys and several more after. Their customer service has always been flawless. They've always given me a really good interest rate. To make it even better they just recently helped me finance a car that was in South Dakota when I'm now living in Colorado. No other financial institutions including other credit unions and banks both would loan me the money. I can't speak highly enough about Horizon credit Union!”

“I haven’t read the reviews as to why everyone puts this location at a average of 3.3 Google stars but I don’t have any complaints whatsoever. I hit the ATM and pull from one bank account I have from a bank out of Texas before going into their branch and paying my car payment.
They tend to I assume have a bit of turnover with their staff as everyone seems to be training each time I enter, but I’m not in such a rush that I can’t wait an extra two minutes to process my car payment.”
