“THE BEST PLACE YOU CAN GO IN LAYTON! Last Thursday 8/15 we got a flat tire in a rental car on our way to Bear Lake. We pulled into Trav’s about 5:55pm and were out of there at 6:23pm with a spare tire securely on! It’s so overwhelming getting a flat tire in the first place, not to mention while traveling with 3 small children AND in a rental. But the two young gentlemen working that evening were spectacular. They found the spare tire and jacked up without us having to unbuckle carseats. I wish we got their names, but they went above and beyond for us after hours out of the goodness of their hearts. I feel positive that if I sent any one of my friends or family to Trav’s they would receive the same care.”

“This is not your generic review, so I keep is short as possible. Went in for an oil change, and was done relatively quick with great service. Bonus they send you a detail report if there is anything wrong with your vehicle. Went to pick up my truck, upon leaving a notice my skid plate was loose went to check bolts were missing. Went back and talk to the staff, they explained that it broke due to rust during the inspection. They offered to extract the bolt and replace it, fast forward to now honestly impressed with their communication and integrity. Though this review was not short, I shows that this team go above and beyond for their customer. Stop on by if you want a amazing experience.”
“Excellent service all around, came in and got an oil change right before I'd be leaving town for the weekend but had found my splash cover over my oil filter had fallen off at some point and taken the mounting hardware with it. I found a spare cover plate I had and came back the next day, they took care of me and got the spare attached no charge. Top notch, thank you for the peace of mind!”

I’ll admit, I stopped going to Les Schwab a few years ago after a pricing dispute left a bad taste in my mouth. But when I found myself in an emergency situation recently, I decided to give them another shot, and I’m genuinely glad I did.
Hunter was the first to help me out this time around. He was incredibly helpful and patient, guiding me through tire options and making sure everything was properly inflated. Super easy to work with, and it really set the tone for a great experience.
But the real MVP of my most recent visit was Burt. I’ve been working on getting my Nissan Titan back in shape, and after installing a new suspension kit, I brought it in for an alignment. My wife took it in on a Monday, but something still felt off when I was driving it later in the week. I brought it back in on Saturday morning, and they got me in immediately.
Burt spent over two hours checking the alignment and even went above and beyond to double-check the work I had done myself. Turns out I hadn’t torqued the outer tie rod ends correctly, and that was throwing everything off. Not only did Burt take the time to explain what went wrong, but he did it with patience, professionalism, and zero judgment. He was incredibly apologetic for the delay (even though it wasn’t their fault) and made sure the truck left the shop 100% dialed in.
Thanks to Hunter, Burt and the team, my truck is driving better than ever. I appreciate the honesty, the hard work, and the genuine care they showed.
