I've been trying to get a new card because it has expired every time I go in the banker is either not working or "busy". They inform me to call customer service to get a new card but customer service says they should process it for me its been almost a month without a debit card! stay away from this bank!

The branch on Redwood north of this branch was horrible and nobody knew how to solve their error.
This branch all goes well for me but I walk in. Sounds like I was there on a good day or maybe they turned around.
