“This location usually has a wide selection. Employee that attended me was friendly. But would like to see better customers service. With shorting the lines in a timely manner. Not just in this location, but all Dollar Trees. On this day some customers left their purchase, because of this. A third employee thought two could handle it. She could have been a great help. “I found an nba shorts for a good price. So many items on their inventory on a Black Friday. They only have 2 cashiers open so lineup is backed up. We been standing on que for 20 minutes and we are halfway there at the moment.”

“This is a FUN store. Think of it like a food thrift store where there is a lot of garbage, but some great deals in there too. If we wonder about a food, we buy one and try it in the car, then buy more if it is good. The employees are generally nice and helpful. This location is so much better than the Orem NPS!”
“It's ALWAYS so much fun for the kids to visit here. It's entertaining for me also as an adult just looking at everything they have because it's so different than other kid's stores around. We never have any problems here except for the kids wanting EVERYTHING. we always leave Five Below smiling.”

“Like always that I'm going to one of this kind of stores, dollar one I mean, I come for just a couple things and I leave with 40. I believe it happened to most people. I would've given it a five starts but just one small BIG detail. I really don't know what is going on, if there are no employees enough or is slowly selling the merchandise they already have to close the store at the end. STOCKING is the problem, you can see tons of shelves empty and I've seen this for a few weeks now. Some are filled with whatever. I hope they don't close this store, it is a source of little bit fancy good looking things and others cheap for the community, specially the ones like myself with low income.”

“Wow wow wow! I went here today for the first time, and I’m very very impressed. It’s a raggedy time to be a non-billionaire American shopping for Christmas, but a MAGICAL time to find this treasure of a store!! I spent only $68 and I have super high quality gifts for my family. My only worry is that the stockings might not have enough room to fit everything I got at the Value Vault! It’s very organized, clean, easy to shop, and the items are unique and better than anything I could have found at Walmart or Ross or any of the big box stores. They have some shoes that I can hardly wait to go back and purchase for myself, after the holidays. 10 out of 10, this store is legit and amazing. They are also friendly and there’s a discount for paying with cash.”
