“I stopped by to gift a small dinner gift for my two girlfriends for Galentines Day. They had the most beautiful long stem roses. I order two- one for each friend. The associate offered to wrap them with the most exquisite small white flowers (not baby breath) and tied with beautiful satin ribbon. I was so pleased and told the associate how lovely they were and how my friends would enjoy. She turned around and pulled out another special rose and gave to me. It was so sweet and thoughtful. “Roses Are Red!I have been driving by Flowers on Vine for many years. I vowed to treat myself and one day venture inside the adorable cottage - complete with tiny ornamental lights gracing the outside. No wonder this diminutive cottage, that looks like it was dropped right out of a Brothers Grimm fairytale, has held my fascination all these years.Well I finally had an opportunity to visit Flowers on Vine, and the experience did not disappoint. Olivia was so helpful in offering suggestions and being willing to create whatever I wanted. The problem was that I was not sure what I wanted. Since I was ordering flowers for a funeral on behalf of many friends, I was apprehensive about ordering on behalf of so many people and for such an important occasion, after all, you want everyone to he happy with what they gave. And as it turns out, Peggy, the owner of Flowers on Vine, made the same comment to me when she sent me a picture of the arrangement before it was to be delivered the following day. “I just want you to be happy,” she said. Truly, the photograph did not do the arrangement justice.When I walked into the chapel, the flowers took my breath away. Tall red roses and huge calla lilies, with greenery, in a large glass vase. It was all enhanced by curly willow branches. The floral portion of the arrangement was probably 3 feet tall. It was so heavy that when I went to move it to the area where lunch was being served, I could not lift it off of the desk it was displayed on.The service at Flowers on Vine was exceptional and delivered well in time for the viewing. I appreciated working with Peggy and Olivia. They both put my mind at ease and came up with a stunning floral tribute.Yes, I highly recommend Flowers on Vine.”

So she was super excited to use them again when my husband and I got engaged. I was confident in there work, and they helped me create the vision I had! They are great to work with. “Well, I found my local flower dealer! I love getting and giving flowers but the price point always intimidates me- I get that there are factors at play as to WHY they're expensive, that's not the point. Super easy to use the mobile website, auto connected to my Google pay (that's important) and I held my breath hoping that the florists' choice was gonna pay off.It did! Look at that bouquet! AND they called bc they noticed that my shipping and billing were the same despite a different note name. The autofill tried to sabotage me and I'd rather eat slugs than call someone and admit I overlooked my transaction details. I was prepared to just make my own delivery as the cost of my inattention to detail but they sorted me all out and the flowers were well received. This kind of business/employee understanding of the process seems like common sense but is actually really difficult to find these days.”

“I live out of state and placed an online order for delivery service on a holiday, oops! When you’re “forty something”, work retail and have no kids, you don’t pay attention to these things. The florist reached out to my niece to ask where she would like the flowers delivered. So…not much of a surprise but at no fault to them. (Side note, I really should have been named Murphy…everything that can go wrong, will). I really appreciated the text message with photo of the arrangement prior to the delivery. Props to Jessica, it was stunning! They went above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced with a florist before, and this includes my own wedding. I’m really happy I reached out to them. I think we’ve all experienced a sharp decline in customer service during the past few years so it’s refreshing and comforting to see that there are still good businesses and employees that actually care. “Because the lady boss is such a kind and full of caring lady, I lost my best friend two days ago but I couldn't go to her funeral, I found Tulip tree Floral online and purchased flower standing spray, I called the the store in the morning before they open and asked for confirmation of my order, and the lady was very kind and called me back after she opened the store and told me that she would send my order to the funeral, so I were moved by her phone call.
