“I would say that this is a great place to find hard-to-find Lego sets, with the Lego Store exclusive sets being some of the most notable.
They also have a station in the store where you can build your own Minifigures and usually I think it is supposed to be three at a time.
The store also has electronic displays but I usually like to see the displayed sets and MOCs more.
The store seems to always have at least one of the various blind bag/box collectible minifigures. I recommend scanning the barcode on the box to find out which one it is.
What is also worth checking are the keychains, some of which are minifigures and usually only found at Lego Stores.
The staff that I have interacted with are always nice and helpful.
I would argue that the best thing to get at the Lego Store is at the Pick-a-Brick wall. Whether they are currently using cups or boxes, you can get Lego parts for cheaper than the Lego website itself, which is a great reason to come in-person. At least when I last went, if you refill your Pick-a-Brick cup from a previous time you can get 50 cents off.
Their rewards (which used to be Lego VIP and is now Lego Insider) is helpful if you frequently buy Lego and can also get you access to exclusive sets, some of which are tied to specific sets whilst others are based on the amount spent.”
“I walked un after years of retirement of card games, the guys running the store not only sucked me back into the fold but sold me on booster packs. I don't even live in the area and I want to go back on my weekends home!”

“Really kind and helpful people here. Stopped by to kill time since we were out of town and even though we were up front about not buying anything since we had to fly, the gentleman helping my boyfriend still continued to chat with him about the different types of RC cars and was very informative. Also checked out their miniature crawling courses in the back, was a neat set up!”
“This place is the best place ever to get what you’re looking for. Terry is awesome he has what you need and his prices are good. I recommend to go here for any collectibles that you are looking for.?????????”
“If you are into legos and mini figurines this is the place for you. They have everything that is needed to start new or finish a project. If they don’t have it I am sure they will do their best to get it. My son and I enjoyed finding this place and spending time there. We will most definitely be back and recommend you pay them a visit. Oh and the owners are pretty cool as well.”

“I love bricks and minifigs! This location wasn't crowded, but it was a bit smaller than some of the other locations I've been to. If you like legos, definitely go here. The figure I bought had some damage and the staff was really nice about it. They were willing to negotiate the price down and give me some extra accessories.”
“Such a magical store! It is creative and has lots of unique toys. My sister who is 44 played with toys in there for almost an hour! She found some cool stuff for her kids too! She was especially excited about the calico critters.”
“I don't know how I haven't been to this store sooner! This will be my new go to for kids gifts as well as anything for teachers. They have an incredible selection of learning games and toys as well as School curriculum to prepare your kids to be successful in their elementary years! Common in person and see all your options!”
“I always find the best gifts and games here for my kids and their friends. It’s just the coolest stuff. I’m an online shopper, typically, but if I want inspiration and quality items I head to Red Balloon.”
“Love this place ! Cute store with great selection, Nice, friendly people that work there. Very helpful when I was getting a gift for my nephew and had no idea what I was doing !”

“Great service and selection! It's nice to see toy stores like this that carry a variety of fun items for kids outside the digital world.
I wanted to give a special shout out to Maddy/Maddie (sorry for spelling) for being such a kind and sweet soul. We had a nice exchange about a topic not even related to the toys, but she showed engagement and care in a refreshing way that I think if everyone took the time to implement would benefit. It makes the experience of shopping memorable and most certainly makes me want to come back. Keep up the good work ❤️”
“There is a Lego store in the Salt Lake City Airport. How cool is that? They have small sets that you might be able to build on the fold-down tray in front of you on an airplane, and really big sets that I bet will just barely fit in an overhead bin. They also have a nice assortment of the mining keychains. What a cool souvenir you could pick up for the Lego fan in your life!”
“We visit Gardner village at least once a month to see their displays and have stopped by the Storybook Nook many times while there. The environment is very open and kid friendly. They have a play section for children that is fun, especially if you need a minute to look for gift ideas. :) My only complaint is that they have a lot of toys and I wish they would carry more books. We love supporting local book sellers and the owner always gives great recommendations about books, there just isn't as big of an inventory as some of their local competitors. This store is also better for kids 8 and younger as they mostly have picture books.”

“Really fun old world looking toy store within the grand America. It feels like something out of the movie Mr magoos magic emporium. There's a few play places but unfortunately it was not enough to keep my kids entertained. What was unusual is the employees did not seem to be real enthused to be there and when I managed to finally take a short look at the meileg toys and said how cute are they the cashier said they looked weird and said something else right behind it and I kinda sat back and just was like then why are you in the store? My kids are fairly young and she was just watching them so intently it was a bit unnerving. Kids play, they explore. It's kinda expected. My advice is to take your kids up the street to city creek to red balloon.”
“Nice flight exhibit that was opened at the museum. The admission right now because of COVID is $5 per person which isn't bad just wish they had all the other floors opened but due to the pandemic only the first floor is open at the moment. Staff is friendly and many interactive activities for kids and adults.”
“This store has always been unique for me. I have never gone here with the intent to buy anything but still buy stuff here often. It's like the whole store is an impulse buy shelf. I wish they would see more customers as this type of store used to be in every mall but now they are hard to find.”
“Some incredibly interesting inventory. My only issue would have to be that the staff was disengaged and seemed to be there to hang out with friends instead of helping customers. Pricing is what you should expect from a novelty store selling hard to find collectibles. Are you putting together a collection of trademarked items like Jedi or Justice League? At least a couple of the pieces you are missing can be found here. Definitely worth a look.”
“Everytime we come here, there is an older gentleman who is working, Tony. He is incredibly kind and fun to talk to. We even played a game with him and he taught us how to play it properly. This store also offers a lot of cool and nostalgic toys.
Appreciate coming here and this man. He's great!”
“Fun toy shop. Best for model train hobbyists or some toys that have become harder to find at large retailers. Slightly more expensive than typical retail prices.”
“So fun and they have random stuff but it’s so cool! It smells fine. Nice and cool air
Bought a cat book and asked if they had any and this girl looked very hard in the back, even getting her manager to help. Had cool items. Lots of clearance for people looking for stuff in a lower budget!!”
“Shocked by how expensive it was ($90!) to get my daughters ears pierced but the ladies were awesome— they coordinated and did both ears and the same time and celebrated her bravery, my daughter felt so special”
“Quality product and amazing customer service! Always extremely willing to answer any questions and accommodate orders even if they're last minute. Excellent prices on everything and a great variety.”
“One of,if not the best, location. Super friendly and their customer service is beyond perfection. I couldn't recommend this location any more than I already do. S tier for sure.”
“Big pre-orders and releases of big consoles are more complicated and make for long days, but the employees at this Gane Stop made it as easy as possible.
My husband and I had an even more complicated situation, but Brendan and Jordan were especially fantastic doing everything they could and more to make it all work out.”
“It's ALWAYS so much fun for the kids to visit here. It's entertaining for me also as an adult just looking at everything they have because it's so different than other kid's stores around. We never have any problems here except for the kids wanting EVERYTHING. we always leave Five Below smiling.”
“Have been to this location three different times. Friendly staff, clean store and my husband and I have found wonderful little gifts for presents. Will continue to shop here”
