Love the convenience of the new UCCU location. It was really busy with the recent opening but they were all so friendly and welcoming!

I had been a member for 30 years when it was Transwest CU. Since the merger with UCCU it has changed and not for the better. Now they charge outrageous fees for everything and it’s lost its personal, family credit union feel. Will be withdrawing my funds as soon as I’m able to.
