134 West 1180 N Street Suite 13, TooeleI discovered Ash's Little Shop of Howlers through a search on facebook. The process alone I had major reservations, as I was navigating blind. I read the reviews, sent a message and they replied within minutes. I have several dogs that need to be groomed so in addition to quality price is also a concern. I took my miniature Australian Shepherd in first explained, he can be kind of grumpy, and they were fabulous with him. They loved him, he looked amazing zero regrets. Next, I took in my Poodle, Pyrenees, mix, he gets matted pretty easy, as he has the Poodle coat. They gave me lots of options for him. I went to pick him up and again, ge looked and smelt fabulous! No stress or anxiety for either of my dogs. I couldn't have asked for better outcome. In doing a random blind search for new groomer. I could not be happier, they have a customer for life.

254 South Main Street, TooeleBoth Dr. Gowans are great. They take exceptional care with treatment and take care with listening to concerns, while also being open to owner feedback. I’ve got a few animals under their care and I couldn’t be happier.
When I reported that traditional itch care wasn’t working for my dog and I thought it might actually be OCD/anxiety, I was nervous that I’d be dismissed but I was completely validated and she suggested that she’d seen cases similar in the past. When I mentioned a specific medication I researched, she agreed that it could be an appropriate treatment to try. She did let me know that it is on the more expensive side, and we could try alternatives if the price ever became an issue.
In that same visit we rechecked my cat’s asthma, where I wanted to discuss a different long term approach. She let me know she’d actually seen more feline asthma, and she’s become more aware of different approaches to treatment. Again she agreed that it may be best to switch up long term management and gave me multiple options, and was extremely educated on both alternatives.
We also underwent diagnostics for a different cat, and not only did she explain best approaches —she called me late in the evening once she had results, when most would’ve waited until the following day. I’m truly grateful she called me as soon as she did because we were able to start medication and consider next steps as far as care as soon as we knew.
Biggest complaint is that wait times are long, but it’s like most human doctors. Good care is worth slight inconvenience.

Greeted by a sweet girl with a warm friendly smile and she eagerly offered to make just what I needed whether it was on the menu or not. She made me feel even more excited about my choice than I already was. Thank you for your great customer service. Refreshing!!
