“In August 2025, we visited Maverick in Vernal, Utah. We were able to fuel up, use the clean restrooms, and enjoy our picnic lunch at the shaded picnic tables. We were heading to Flaming Gorge Reservoir, and this Maverik in Vernal contributed to our enjoyable Flaming Gorge trip.”

“What a bright and cheerful store and employees! Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Gas was only 2 cents more than in town. Well worth it in my opinion. Tanks shut you off at $75, just fyi.”
“Pumps worked fine and filled fast. Was clean and trash cans were empty so I could dump some travel trash. Has a car wash option when filling gas and right next to a do-it-yourself car wash as well.”
“So grateful these pumps were there! Capital fuels claimed to have CNG pumps, but they did not. I'm grateful these pumps were 24/7 as we passed through at night in the freezing cold.”

“Usually pretty fast although the other day I did go in there pay for two cartons of cigarettes and as my card is finalizing the payment the cashier that I am receiving service from decides to start making a pizza for the person behind me that they hadn't even pay for yet next thing I know I'm waiting for her to come back and give me my cigarettes after about 5 minutes I was extremely irritated and asked for the cigarettes so this dreadful encounter could be over because I asked with an irritated tone and they didn't know another person that was with me was behind me in line as soon as I walked outside that person told me that they were in there talking shit about me for being irritated that the lady got all the way to the finalization of my payment and then just started making a pizza”

“We prefer to come here for most of groceries over Walmart. The employees are friendly and helpful. They almost always have what we need in stock and they have fuel pumps out front that we can use with our fuel points. I believe that they have better fruits, vegetables, and meat than Walmart. The store is also cleaner than the other grocery stores in this area.”
