“I have lived here for 5 years now and the fact that people keep choosing other places is crazy! This is by far the CHEAPEST place you'll find and bonus, you don't even have to be a student. I've had issues, but with roommates, not the place itself. The only issue is there is mold in a lot of the bathrooms so I do wish they would fix that, and I wish we could use the pool on Sundays since thats a lot of our only days off, but other than that, its great.
Large rooms, in unit laundry, pool, and TONS of parking. Its also right next to the free bus, so thats a bonus.”
