“In today’s society customer service seems to be a dying art but Jose was so wonderful that it was a delight that I haven’t experienced in years. He was able to navigate me through all the questions and administrative things I needed to achieve. I was so impressed that when my son arrives home to the states as he lives abroad I want to move all my financial business from Bank of America here to Utah First as I feel more confident navigating my financial needs with those who are more willing to address my personal needs and taking the time to help me achieve those goals.
