“Started at a competitor store across the street & they wouldn’t help me find the screws I needed. I went over to O’Reilly & James immediately greeted me and helped me find the screws. He went one step further & even replaced them for me. Excellent customer service & friendliness.”

“One of the guys helped me put in my brake lights today. I have never gone to any O’Reilly’s and have them help me replace lights or something small so this gesture today was amazing thank you! It’s the little things in life that mean the most.”

“Wife and daughter had a check engine light pop on while in AF, we live in Heber. I asked them to stop and get it scanned before going over Parleys Canyon. Jacob went above and beyond, did the scan, it was an oil related issue, checked the oil and verified a few things, and reassured my wife. No upsell, no tom foolery, just good old honest service and Utah Hospitality. THANK YOU JACOB!”

“Jeremy is the best! I know him from his work as a mechanic and as the manager at O’Reilly Auto in Springville. You couldn’t ask for a nicer, more knowledgeable, or a more helpful guy. His decades of experience make him one of the best to work with.”

“Went on Monday night around 10:30 to get coolant for my car, the guy working was extremely helpful! He helped me figure out what coolant I needed for my car, he then helped me check my radiator and container where the rest of the coolant goes, he helped my fill it and then he even checked my oil! He helped me and didn’t judge me for not knowing what to do, a really great experience!!”

“Came here looking for O-rings to go on the end of my clutch hydraulic line on an 05 Saturn Ion. Couldn't find them but Fredy did his diligent best to help us figure out what size our original O-rings were, what material we needed, and where to begin our further look. Thanks so much Fredy!”

“We love going to our local O'Reilly Auto Parts, and Zane is always the person we look for when we need help. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to take the time to help me find the right parts and answer any questions I have. Zane has helped me several times work through some pretty complex issues, figure out what I actually need, and get things working again. It's great having someone you can trust who genuinely wants to help rather than just sell you a part. Zane is a huge reason we keep coming back to this location. Excellent customer service every time. Thanks, Zane!”

“Absolutely outstanding customer service! I stopped by Batteries Plus this afternoon because I needed to replace the 12-volt battery in my Tesla. Due to liability, they weren’t able to install the battery located in the frunk, but that didn’t stop them from helping me. They pulled up a video, walked me through the entire process step by step, and made sure I knew exactly what to do. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and positive. They easily could have just sold me the battery and sent me on my way, but instead, they went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident installing it myself. I was genuinely impressed by how much they cared and how willing they were to help. This is the kind of customer service that earns loyal customers. I will absolutely be going back!”
