“My check engine light came on and went to O'Reilly to get a diagnostic done, called these guys to see what it could cost, and they got back to me saying that it most likely is a false alarm, and gave me option of coming to clear the code and then if anything popped back up to let them know. So genuinely kind that they were more concerned about giving me reliable information than to charge me or tell me it needs to be fixed. Will be taking my car here for any mechanical issues because just based off this one encounter so far, they are reliable and have my best interest in mind.”

“The folks at Les Schwab/Dinosaur Tire in Price absolutely saved the day for me. I had just bought a new set of tires that very day, 200 miles away at another shop, and I managed to hit some nasty road debris thru Spanish Fork canyon which destroyed a brand new tire. I limped into Price and explained my situation to their crew and they went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations, staying after business hours to get my car roadworthy again. These folks are a prime example of kindness and generosity, I’m incredibly lucky to have stumbled into such a great shop.”

“Very friendly staff, and they even allowed my family and my dogs and I to hang out inside the lobby while we waited for help from anyone. We were stranded in the Canyons for 3 1/2 hours, in the hot Joe's valley desert sun getting sunburnt with my 2yrold baby girl and my wife and 2 dogs, before someone FINALLY stopped when I flagged them down and actually had cell service. Very friendly people working there and very understanding staff.They even gave my dogs water and treats. Upon learning that I wasn't able to afford the full amount for the services, they offered me a discount on everything after realizing we were stranded and they decided to set aside some of the company policies and actually be human and really HELP us. They made it so it was slightly more affordable for our budget in that emergency situation because of that I was able to get my family back home safely which was 4 hours away. ? not many places are like this and people really appreciate a little humanity once in awhile. I'll remember this forever. And a 5 star review and some services at their location is the best way I can convey my appreciation in these hard times. ??”

“Went alright, Kevin was very professional in helping me choose my tires. They got my tires on in an hr (2 tires) I needed an alignment but they won't have anyone ready till 9 Thursday which is fine. The worst part of my interaction was how the tech got my lug stuck on my threads I've removed and used that lug many times (recently i swapped the tire a few times when i installed my donut so my front wheel drive car would have better traction) . They claim it was the cars problem and the tech specifically asked if he could take it off and I'm like dude I appreciate you letting me know that but you see the professional and needs to do what a professional would choose. This happened in their shop and I disagree with their decision.
Update: I spoke to Bill one of the managers and he was willing to help me out with fixing it. Bill was very professional in talking to me and explaining everything, and gave great customer service. Problem will be solved when i get an alignment!”
