“I call the Bountiful location in search of a certain item. The lady that answered the phone was so nice to go check on it for me. Unfortunately, that location didn't have what I was looking for. I mentioned that I guess I was going to be calling other stores to try and locate it. Then she said she could check in the computer to narrow down my search. She told me the best location to try was Draper & she gave me their number. I called them & they did have what I was looking for. I asked if they did store-to-store transfers, & she said they did, then asked me when I needed it by. I told her I didn't think it would be possible, but the event is Saturday (spur of the moment event) & this was on a Friday. She then said it could be done. She lives in Bountiful and commutes to Draper. Thank you, ladies, for your excellent customer service❣️ The item I purchased is pictured below.”

“Today they get five stars. I asked for help locating furnace filters and got a courteous and helpful direction. I was kindly asked if I needed assistance locating the correct filter when in the aisle. I was helped when checking out and treated with a kind thank you for shopping with us as I left the store. It seems they have made great effort in making the customer feel welcome and appreciated. It was a great experience. The best I have ever had shopping at Lowes.
