“I came into Costco feeling really rushed because I was prepping for a family party this weekend. Nicole immediately noticed I was a bit overwhelmed and asked if she could help. She went above and beyond—while I was grabbing a few things, she ran and got a couple more items for me. She was absolutely amazing!”

“5 stars! Excellent experience at this distribution center. I arrived well before my appointment time, and Cassy at check-in was fantastic. She got me processed quickly and efficiently, and the yard crew had me loaded earlier than scheduled. Professional, friendly staff and a great operation overall. Highly recommend to any driver coming here!”

“Outstanding cross dock service - fast, reliable, and incredibly organized. Everything moves smoothly with clear communication and zero headaches. Huge thanks to Ogi, an exceptional manager who stepped up after hours to make sure our freight was handled without delay. That kind of dedication makes all the difference. Highly recommend.”

“Don't understand all the bad reviews...my experience with them in the last 2 days was top notch. We have an oak pedestal table and 10 chairs purchased in Summer of 1995- now 29 years old had some use on a regular basis. One chair needed repair to a back strut. Took to their location , was welcomed by the ops manager, and the chair was repaired in a day-so well in fact- you can't tell where the problem was. Highly recommend these folks!”

“Rinchem is a regular customer for us. Great place to deliver. This particular location is easy to get to usually, but construction on nearby streets has added a little challenge. The docks are relatively easy from the street, sight or blind side depending on which way you choose. The staff here is absolutely great .”

“Not a difficult place to find GPS will take me right to it. The only hard part is once there, where do I go? Their campus consists of several buildings on both sides of the street. At this point I am on my own, the GPS has done its part or so it thinks. Make sure if you are going there you get details of what bldg and what number.”
