“Apartments at Decker Lake is a nice little property. Maintenance makes the property look beautiful as well the pool. Tavia the property manager is very sweet and helpful! Alejandro the leasing agent was quick to answer any questions I had!”

Most apartments are cookie cutter, and bring nothing to an area past some residences. This place goes above and beyond in this neighborhood, and it is absolutely appreciated”

“We enjoyed our time living here! We were here for a year and really didn’t have any issues. We moved because they were raising our rent. It was already on the high end, but raising it even more was a no-go for us. We had a relatively small deposit upon moving in, and only had to pay about $20 when we moved out.The maintenance team is wonderful. They are quick to get over to your apartment to fix things, and they are super friendly. I always got a wave whenever I passed them around the complex. The pool and hot tub are nice during the warmer months.One complaint I had was that there were a lot of pets that pooped on the lawn, and it wasn’t picked up by the owners. We have a child, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable letting her play on the lawn with the risk of animal poop being there. Despite signs telling owners to pick up after their pets, it was still an issue.I felt the people in the office were friendly and available to help answer questions/concerns. They were sometimes tough to get a hold of via phone or email, so taking a trip down to the office was sometimes necessary.”

“From what I've seen and no and have heard about this place it's a pretty awesome place to be there's lots of different offices from Medicare Medicaid representatives to psychiatrists and doctors always very clean and we're very kind and understanding allowing me to stay in the lobby to charge my phone and wait for the rain and thunder to stop even though I was there for over an hour and a half waiting The security there was amazing and they offered me some hot chocolate and tried to make me as comfortable as possible.”
“Very walkable, quiet, with good views of the mountains!! We like to ride mountain bikes and hike, which we so far have already been able to explore so much within 20 minutes of our home at Sugarflats (we've been here less than 3 weeks). We went to the Hogle Zoo's Zooluminate (highly recommend), which is also less than 20 minutes from the community.”

“We have lived here for just about a year and we love it. The management has changed, and they are very helpful. We enjoy a lot of the activities that are offered. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming and nice to talk to.The pool is being upgraded and they are doing other improvements . We are glad that we found this place when we were looking. “We moved in last month and so far everything has been great to date. The only thing is there is not enough parking for the residents which you are told before moving in. And if you want one you are put on a waiting list. Other than that we love the location which is surrounded by many stores which are walking distance. The management team here has been friendly and helpful as well.”

“Overall, my experience living at Woodgate has been positive. Maintenance is always quick to respond and fix any issues I’ve had in my apartment, which I really appreciate.
I recently moved out of my old apartment into a newly fully remodeled apartment with the assistance of Ashli and Amy. They were incredibly helpful and made the transition much easier. There were a few issues with the new apartment initially, but the maintenance crew, especially Tommy was very quick to come by and fix everything.
Like and apartment community, there are occasional things that come up, but the staff has always been friendly and willing to help. The gals in the office are welcoming and responsive whenever I have questions.
