“I went to M1 after a recommendation from a friend. I had a lot of things to do on a 60,000 mile service for a Ford F150. Trans, transfer, diffs, coolant, brake services and full tune-up. Right out of the gate, Mike and Lizzie were exceptional. They answered all my questions and kept my updated along the way. Communication was above and beyond. During all those jobs they found some additional things that needed attention in my hubs and water pump. They fixed the hub issue while the truck was there and we are ordering the parts for water pump. Mike took photos of the found issues. I have been to many auto shops in my life and nearly all I will not go back to, but Mikes shop is now my only go to. They do great work. They are communicative. They stand by their work and most importantly, they are HONEST. Rare commodity in today's world. Out of habit I placed cardboard under my truck when I got home to see if anything was leaking since I had every fluid in the truck changed. There was not a single drop of oil anywhere. It was obvious they took the time to even wipe any residual oil off any parts underneath. Thank you, Mike and Lizzie for the great work! Here's to a long future business relationship and I'll see you next week.

Im not real impressed with Toyo but Victor’s gave me a used (same tread) tire to run on till my tire gets warrantied from Toyo.
Im just sick of buying new tires and everyone there felt bad about it. I got a nail in the first one. The second one just blew for no reason.”

“I needed to get new tires, which is never fun. The employees have a great attention to detail. I have had tires done at Walmart and other places before and they love to cross thread the lug nuts causing them to snap off… this has never happened here, they hand tighten the nuts before finishing with a torque wrench. I saw an employee double checking the torque specifications for my type of vehicle. Very professional”

Then I went there and they said something was wrong with the plug and had to go to this location 😒 well not a huge deal but found out my oil pan and plug, this place was amazing and took great care of me. I definitely appreciate them doing this. Terrance was so great and understanding with my issue and took care of me.”
