We were initially offered a higher teir account than we needed, which is probably part of the standard sales stuff, so make sure you look at your options and make sure you get what actually fits your needs.”

I must say that Joshua Lucero, Financial Center Manager of B of A’s West Valley City branch was as gracious, helpful, polite, competent and professional as any banker I’ve ever dealt with. I came in off the street without any appointment to help me with a transfer of title of an Airstream travel trailer. He treated me as if I had known him for years.
