“I usually dread buying a new phone because it always seems to turn into a fiasco and somehow cost arms and legs that I didn't expect to pay. However my most recent experience was a different story. The professionalism and above and beyond service provided by Carla at this location really made the process enjoyable and hassle free. She went to extreme lengths to assure that I left with the phone I wanted at the price I was expecting. I didn't make it an easy sale for her but she made it happen with a smile on her face and a very curtious attitude. This is where I will forever shop for my cellular needs! Thanks to CARLA!”

Despite the longer wait time as the store was extremely busy, we had an amazing experience with Brad - he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and especially patient with us throughout the purchasing and activation process. “Nacho installed a 12inch sub on my 19 civic and did a very good job but later discovered he made a mistake and when I called him to fix it he came to where I was located and fixed it he’s a man of his word and nothing beats that! Even had cheap installation fee with a good warranty on the amp I got from him. He seems to be a one man crew so don't be upset if he doesn’t have time for you, the ladies working at his store were very polite and helpful 10/10 will be coming back to nacho if ever needed.”

“With there being so many different 711 locations all over everywhere I can say that no two are exactly the same. This happens to be a store that I frequent and have for a long time and it's not very often that you run into a cashier who is not very people friendly usually you can expect to be greated the minute you walk in and typically if you can't find something they are good about trying to help you out with finding what you need. I definitely recommend this store to anyone who gets the chance to stop in. You always get some kinda good character there putting on a show for everyone who notices. Great place check it out!”

“Yesterday I came in and needed to switch iPhones , it was a complicated transfer because my old phone was so messed up you couldn’t even access it however Hannia was so so patient through the process and made me feel safe and comfortable and not a bother at all , I really appreciate how she was very knowledgeable and just overall very kind, Alex was there also supporting Hannia and helped other customers while we all were trying to figure out ways around certain issues regarding the transfer.
