Jiffy Lube Oil Change & Multicare provides vehicle preventive maintenance, specializing in the comprehensive Signature Service® Oil Change. The service focuses on changing oil and filters, inspecting key components, checking and filling fluids, and cleaning parts. Experiences at this location vary. Many customers report excellent service, describing staff as wonderful, friendly, prompt, professional, and kind. They note the team goes above and beyond, even helping after hours, and provides quick service with discounts. Services can include oil changes, emissions tests, registration help, battery replacement, and headlight cleaning. However, some experiences are less positive, citing a rude and unhelpful attitude from specific employees and occasional issues with equipment at other locations. While many customers are happy and plan to return, citing a pleasant and efficient visit, others have encountered unsatisfactory service from individual staff members.
