“My brother and I have bother rented a unit here. Its quiet convenient and clean. Great security and you get great space for the price! The office is friendly and great to work with. Both times we were looking to rent was pretty last minute and they worked to get us in right away. It was a little hard to get ahold of them but it is 100% worth it!!!!! Highly recommend.”

“So I came from outta town to visit have had a storage unit with these guys through a couple of name changes .owner changes and alot of employees had some real bad experiences with a prior employee and my trip was good until I arrived at the gates of storage and my code did not work I seen they opened at 10 so I waited until about 930 when I noticed a young lady I. The office so I parkrdmed and was gonna wait till 10 but she beat me to the punch and came out on her own time I imagine and helped me get in fixed my gate and walked me to my unit to address any issues there might have been.. I was very impressed with her professionalism and willingness to help me on her own time. She was from a different location filling in but was by far the best help they have had at this location in over 8 years ...thank you Alyssa”

“PODS is the way to go. Our driver showed up in the window given and gave us a call about 20 minutes before. They did a great job putting the POD right where we needed it in our driveway. Loading the POD was great (7.5'x7.5'x15.5' interior). It was weatherproof, the rubber floor was great, and the top letting some light through was helpful. They had hooks every four feet to tie things down as needed. I packed my POD super tightly and it made our 2,600 mile journey and 7 weeks of storage just fine. I highly recommend PODS.”

“If you need storage in west valley, this is your sign to store here. They secyrity setup is unmatched and unique. I have used a lot of storage places as well as worked at them and you wont find another facility in West valley that offers what they do. (And we all know security matters in this town ?) I know the person that works here, and she is great. She lives on site and is always out there helping people with storage and uhaul stuff, and keeping the property safe. Whether its answering the phone at 9PM or helping people park and drop off uhauls at night, she's always aware of whats going on there and is right there willing to help.”
