“I rented a unit here for 11 months. Accessing my unit was simple, especially with the Public Storage app, so I didn't have to remember a gate code. Other 'tenants' were always friendly and welcoming. And the manager (I think her name is Nancy, but the lady with purple hair) was also so friendly, welcoming and helpful any time I spoke with her or needed anything at all. My only complaint (and the reason I didn't give 5 stars) was how much the rent went up in 11 months. The rent ended up being more than I could afford as a single parent, so I had to find somewhere else to move my stuff. You do pay for what you get though. My new unit is not as secure and I've already had several problems even though I've just moved my stuff there this week. And even though this Public Storage location was far from my home, I would stay there in a heartbeat if I could have afforded to. Definitely recommend renting from this Public Storage location if you need a storage unit and can afford it.”

“Terry was just awesome! I had been working hard on very little sleep trying to get stuff moved out of an apartment with less than 36 hours to be moved out by. I checked in to the storage unit, and I noticed Terry had bottled water behind him. I asked him if I could purchase a bottle with the lock for the storage unit, and he gave me one from the fridge that was satisfyingly ice cold, and for me it was something I needed at the moment. I was badly dehydrated and didn't really have time to stop by the store to grab a drink on my way there to check in because a U-Haul dealership was asking me to relinquish the truck I was renting against a tight deadline with no opportunity to extend. And I was doing this by myself.After checking in, Terry gave me another bottle of ice cold water before I left inside the property to unload our family's belongings into the storage. Halfway through unloading, Terry comes out to the unit to check on me, offers me another bottle of ice water, and proposed to offer a 5 ×10 unit free for 3 months if I felt like I needed it in case the 10 × 10 I had was too small. Sufficeth to say, the 10 × 10 has appeared to be big enough, but man, it sure is nice to have options and to have someone like Terry making an effort to help ease the stress that comes with moving. Thank you, Towne Storage, and thank YOU, Terry!”
