We are converting the tube for the washer and dryer to be used for a sink, which is confusing and required all kinds of vocabulary we don’t have!Thank goodness for Mark! He was so helpful, a great teacher, and showed no signs of being irritated or frustrated despite all of our questions! He seemed happy to help and it seems he loves to use his brain and extensive knowledge of hardware to solve difficult puzzles like we had today.Honestly everyone we spoke to in the short time we were there was very friendly and provided great service.
