I originally ordered Trex railing back in August before winter hit, but didn’t get a chance to install it until March when the weather warmed up. Since it’s a two-story deck, I realized I had purchased the wrong size (36” instead of the 42” I needed).
I spoke with the store manager, Colton, and explained the situation. He told me he would look into it and actually followed through by calling me back. He let me know I could bring everything in for a full refund—which, as a homeowner, is incredibly helpful when you make a mistake like that.
The return process was smooth, and Corey was also a big help getting everything taken care of. Because of their customer service, I’m now ordering the correct size through Lowe’s.
