“Could not be more impressed with BTI from start to finish they have exceeded my expectations. After running over a giant pothole twice I instantly knew something was wrong. Come to find out 2 of my Audi wheels were completely bent 1 was slightly bent. Dealer wanted 4k to replace them. I didn’t even know wheels could be bent back into shape. Luckily I was referred to BTI. Saved me thousands of dollars!!From the first time I walked in the door Jennifer was there and answered all of my questions and went out of her way to accommodate a day/time and plan for drop off and pick up. She is very kind and understanding and easy to talk to. I stopped by one of their competitors to get a second opinion, needless to say there’s a reason BTI has the best reputation in town! I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.Brandon was also very informative and helpful! Like I said they went above and beyond what I expected! “Very professional gentleman and a lady. I purchased some used tires for the front end of my Volkswagen. Turned out after a few days one of the tires had a slow leak. Pulled up near the property, explained my problem. Was immediately told to pull my car on the rack, they fixed it straight away. Three gentlemen and fine young lady working.
